How does the scalp micropigmentation would be with long hair:
Scalp micropigmentation could be done with long hair, and you can see the efficiency of the SMP right after each session. In this way, you do not need to shave your head and wait for a month to see the result. This method has its advantages as follows:
- The men do not like to shave their hair even for a short time.
- The women, a shaved hair look is not popular among them.

The best hair length for scalp micropigmentation:
Another question people ask is about their hair length and want to see if it affects the result. So, there is no best hair length and you can keep it as long as you like. When your hair is not shaved, no matter whether the length is 1 inch or 1 foot.
Does scalp micropigmentation hurt your hair?
No. Not only scalp micropigmentation does not hurt the hair follicles but also helps some of them to grow. This is not the main purpose of scalp micropigmentation and we normally do not talk about it, but some of the hair follicles have a potential to regrowth and they can be stimulated by the microneedling procedure. SMP is counted as a kind of microneedling process by poking the scalp and stimulating the follicles that have still potential and help them to grow again.
Most of these hairs appear as vellus hairs and do not have a huge effect on the result, however, their presence could be valuable for the person.
Do the hair follicles grow from the hair tattoo?
Absolutely No. The hair tattoo is only a tattoo and is not real hair follicles. Their duty is to give you a fuller hair appearance. The real hair follicles could grow out over them or even a hair transplant can be done over them and this is an advantage of SMP.

Yes. Scalp micropigmentation looks good on your head. The dots are placed among your real hair and creates a stubble look and give you a fuller appearance. These dots are not recognizable from the real hair follicles and last for years.
